Terms of Service
Rules for using Mt2Alerts: website, interfaces, browser extension and Premium.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Mt2Alerts (website, interfaces and browser extension). The provider is the operator named in the legal notice. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. Services
Mt2Alerts shows the status of the Metin2 servers, market data from the Glass of Trade and a wiki about the game free of charge. The data is collected automatically and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. There is no right to constant availability; features may be changed, limited or discontinued.
3. Unofficial service
Mt2Alerts is an unofficial fan project with no connection to Gameforge or Webzen Inc. Game accounts, in-game purchases and the game rules are solely the responsibility of the Metin2 operators. Do not use Mt2Alerts for anything that breaks the game's rules.
4. Permitted use
Automated mass requests that impair operation, circumventing technical protection measures, manipulating data or payments and any unlawful use are prohibited. You may use the content for private, non-commercial purposes; copying larger amounts of data requires our permission.
5. Account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse. You can request deletion of your account by email at any time.
6. Premium
Premium (ad-free) costs the amount shown on the pricing page for each 30-day period and is paid in advance with USDT or USDC on the Polygon network. There is no automatically renewing subscription: Premium ends by itself after 30 days and can be extended at any time. What counts is receipt of the exact amount shown at the address shown. You bear the network fees; we cannot accept liability for payments via the wrong network, to the wrong address or with the wrong token. Overpayments are credited to your balance.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from the purchase of Premium within 14 days of the contract being concluded without giving reasons; a clear statement by email to the address in the legal notice is sufficient. If you requested that Premium starts immediately, you pay a proportionate amount for the time used until withdrawal; we refund the rest within 14 days in the same cryptocurrency to the sender address.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We accept no liability for in-game decisions, such as buying or selling based on displayed prices. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Changes
We may change these terms with effect for the future. The version published on this page applies; for Premium periods already paid, the terms at the time of payment apply.
10. Governing law
The law of the country in which the operator is established applies (see legal notice), excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the mandatory protection of the country where they live. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
